Working on the newsletter for spring

I took today off to work on the newsletter from home.  It is not always a good idea.  The weather, this morning was beautiful, so decided to take a short walk, which actually turned into a long walk, but I was OK with that.  Upon arriving home I looked in the mirror and discovered that my hair needed to get a refreshing on color. Looking under the bathroom sink, I found I had no hair color, so off to the store to buy some.  Two hours later, my hair looked and I smelled good after my shower.

So off to my desk in the studio.  I share this space with my husband, Jeff who works from home.  I checked my email, which takes awhile and sometimes, I admit, I get distracted and move onto the internet looking at something that caught my attention, then back to my email and then back to the internet. Vivious cycle.

Just as I was getting started, Jeff, said, :Let’s go to lunch”.  That meant going out to lunch and I wouldn’t have to make it, so I was all for that.  Of course, he needed to go to the bank and other places so I arrived back at the house around 2pm.  Now I was ready, except that Jeff turned the TV on to The Closer, which is one of my favorite shows.

In the end, I did manage to get the title on the front cover but I must say I think I will go to work tomorrow to work on the newsletter!  I might get more done!
